 2nd Avenue - Partial Exterior Renovation

New owners Wendy and Gavin decided to invest in an exterior upgrade after discovering an issue with the existing vinyl siding. Replacing several windows and changing up the front entry stoop in addition to a full siding install brought them a few steps closer to the full renovation they plan for the property, while unique colour choices and varied textures on the finish created a fresh look.

5th Avenue - Partial Exterior Renovation

This downtown home was ready for a bit of an exterior uplift but while the owners were wanting to update, their main priority is traveling together. As a result, old materials like windows and fascia were left, opting for a fresh coat of stain over replacement, while the siding was replaced on the front and part of each side. A bright stain  colour choice and natural cedar siding brought the look together and seamlessly blended the old with the new.
